Garage Sale
We had a garage sale (renovation sale) over the weekend and sold everything left behind by the previous owners (appliances, toilets, sinks, garden pavers, cabinets from the kitchen, Spanish style fountain and urns, BBQ, etc.) By the end of the day everything was sold and removed. The Whirlpool Range sold for $80 but the guy resold it for $125 before leaving our driveway. It's all about timing.
