A super nice couple from Canada were so appreciative of the free gravel and the lemons we "borrowed" from the unoccupied home next door that they baked us a homemade Lemon Meringue Pie! It was delicious!

When you are given lemons...
Our lot is almost a third of an acre, all of which was covered in large gray gravel (think parking lot). Quotes to remove the gravel ranged from $3,500-$5,000. We moved the gravel ourselves to the front yard, and posted a sign that read "FREE GRAVEL". People arrived almost immediately to haul it away, and they continue to pull up daily. The gravel is more than 50% gone!
