It's a wrap!

Today was a big day.

First, the house was wrapped in K-Lath Tar Paper and K-Lath Stucco Wire (chicken wire), and is now ready for Stucco!!

Second, we had an inspection today and the City of Palm Springs gave us the ok to proceed with stucco, wall insulation, and drywall.  This inspection is often referred to as a "combo inspection" because it includes framing, rough electrical, rough plumbing, sheathing, and lathe.
