We are in final plan check with the City. The first review came back with 25 small items to be addressed, all of which were resolved by the structural engineer, designer/drawer, and general contractor. It's our hope to be out of plan review by Friday, with the ability to pull permits on Monday or Tuesday. Let the construction begin!
