We have our building permits! The first inspection is tomorrow (underground plumbing drains).
The City permit process took 7 weeks (Feb 7 thru Mar 22), but from design conception to the start of construction was actually 14 weeks. The process involved architectural design, structural engineering, California Title 24 Energy Compliance, Plumbers, Electricians, and most importantly the General Contractor.
