| Based on our construction plans we had to relocate our pool equipment. The City requires that all equipment now be located above ground. This was fine as Keith refused to descend into the pit for fear of critters. |

| Access to the equipment requires the use of a scary rusty ladder. |

| In addition to the relocation, we will be upgrading the vintage pool pump to an energy efficient variable speed pump. This should help us save money on the monthly electric bill. |
